Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and target potential corporate clients across industries.
Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and industry events.
Pitch gifting solutions to HR teams, admin departments, CXOs, marketing teams, and procurement managers.
Create proposals, pricing sheets, and presentations for clients.
2. Client Relationship Management
Understand client requirements and budget to suggest suitable gifting options.
Share custom catalogs, samples, and mock-ups.
Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat gifting orders (festivals, events, employee rewards, client hampers).
Handle negotiations and close deals.
3. Order Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with production, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Track order progress from approval to dispatch.
Maintain inventory of gifting SKUs and ensure quality checks.
Ensure accurate invoicing and payment follow-up.
4. Creative & Product Development
Collaborate with the design and production team to develop new gifting concepts.
Suggest seasonal themes (Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Appreciation Days, Corporate Events).
Customize corporate branding—logos, sleeves, cards, ribbons, color themes, etc.
5. Operations & Reporting
Maintain CRM records of leads, conversions, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure all client data, quotations, and approvals are well-organized.
Analyse gifting trends and competitor offerings.
Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–5 years experience in corporate gifting, B2B sales, hospitality, event management, or luxury product sales.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
Good sense of design, aesthetics, and gifting concepts.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets & CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak seasons.
