Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leadership teams to understand business goals and translate them into effective people strategies. Act as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
• Organization Design & Development: Partner with business units to assess, design, and implement optimal organization structures that support business growth and agility. Provide insights and recommendations on role definitions, spans of control, and workforce capabilities.
• People Budget Management: Lead the planning and management of people-related budgets, including headcount planning, cost optimization, and resource allocation in line with business priorities.
• Performance Management & Compensation: Anchor the performance management process by supporting goal setting, performance reviews, calibration discussions, and development planning. Manage the annual compensation review cycle, ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, and performance-based rewards.
• Talent Management & Succession Planning: Drive initiatives focused on talent identification, development, and retention. Facilitate succession planning for critical roles and ensure robust talent pipelines for future business needs.
• Culture & Engagement: Champion initiatives that promote a strong organizational culture, employee engagement, and values-driven behavior. Act as a culture ambassador and support interventions that foster an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative workplace.
• Organizational Effectiveness: Lead or support projects focused on enhancing productivity, capability building, and employee experience. Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and drive data-informed decisions.
Qualifications & Experience:
• MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline
• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering roles, preferably in a corporate or matrixed environment
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and support business objectives through HR solutions
• Proven experience in managing HR processes such as performance management, compensation planning, organizational design, and talent management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
