Job Description
Talent Acquisition:
• Develop compelling job descriptions and person specifications
• Source and attract top talent through various channels
• Manage the recruitment process from screening applications to interviewing and selecting candidates
Talent Management:
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, performance management, development, and succession planning
• Identify and address the learning and development needs of the workforce through training programs and initiatives
• Implement strategies to ensure a continuous supply, development, and retention of top talent
Employee Relations:
• Manage and engage the hybrid workforce to drive productivity and a positive work environment
• Develop and implement HR policies on working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures, attendance, leave, etc
Compliance & Administration:
• Maintain a strong understanding of employment laws, statutory compliances, and the latest HR trends
• Resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Experience in payroll and managing the entire HR department (preferred)
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software tools (preferred)
