- Reporting into country Head HR you will be heading all the CoE functions of the organisation.
- You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent high experience for all employees PAN India.

- They are looking for a seasoned HR Professional based in Bangalore who can work in partnership with business and lead corporate HR functions.
Description :
- Work with People & Culture functions to identify opportunities to improve employee experience consistent PAN India.
- Coordinate with the CoE to localise, lead and implement global organisation concept, frameworks, approach and process in order to ensure successful implementation in the country.
Profile :
- 12 - 15 years of experience handling entire gamut of HR with a global experience
- People Management experience is a must
- Prior experience with a reputed FMCG/FMCD/Retail/Automobile organisation is preferred
- Solid understanding of various HR functions incl. C&B, D&I, People Planning etc.
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills
