As the Corporate HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management at the corporate level. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with our company's goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be on talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Responsibilities
1.Talent Acquisition:
• Lead recruitment efforts for corporate positions, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
• Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
2. Employee Development and Training:
• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Implement career development plans and succession planning strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
3. Performance Management:
• Develop and oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
• Coach managers on effective performance management techniques.
• Address employee performance issues and provide guidance on improvement plans.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
