Job Description
The Corporate HR for FMCG Retail Outlets is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the HR function across the organization. The position will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the company's business goals and objectives, and ensure that the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities and Accountability:
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with the company's goals and values, and support the recruitment, retention, development, and engagement of employees in FMCG retail outlets.
• Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide guidance and support on HR issues, such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits.
• Ensure that HR practices are consistent, effective and compliant with local laws and regulations, and provide guidance and support to HR teams in different retail outlets to ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs that promote a positive work culture and improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
• Design and implement learning and development programs that support the development of employees at all levels of the organization, and ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
• Develop and implement talent management programs that identify and develop high-potential employees, and ensure that the company has a strong talent pipeline for key roles.
• Manage the recruitment process for key positions, and ensure that the company attracts and hires the best talent in the industry.
• Manage employee relations issues, and ensure that employees are treated fairly and consistently, and that HR practices are aligned with the company's values and culture.
• Analyze HR metrics and data, and develop insights and recommendations for improving HR practices and programs.
10. Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and ensure that the company's HR practices and programs are competitive and innovative.
Required:
• Regular Master's degree HR.
• 10 - 12 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and regulations, and experience in designing and implementing effective HR programs and initiatives.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, and the ability to motivate and develop HR teams in different retail outlets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical and data-driven mind-set, and the ability to use data to identify trends and insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in the FMCG retail industry preferred.
