Job Description:
Kadel Labs Pvt Ltd is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to handle legal matters related to client contracts, employee agreements, vendor relations, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract negotiation, compliance, and corporate risk management. This role involves reviewing and drafting key legal documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic legal guidance to safeguard the company’s interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Contracts & Agreements:
• Draft, review, and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statement of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and MOUs.
• Address legal concerns related to clients, including disputes such as data leaks, non-performance, and poaching of employees.
• Ensure that all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Employee-Related Legal Matters:
• Review and manage offer letters, appointment letters, full & final settlements, and other employment documents.
• Handle legal notices for employees violating non-solicitation clauses, confidentiality agreements, or company policies.
• Provide guidance on employment law and HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws.
Vendor & Local Authority Agreements:
• Draft and review vendor contracts, rent agreements, and service agreements.
• Handle disputes with vendors and ensure contractual compliance.
• Manage legal matters related to local authorities and regulatory bodies.
Legal Risk & Compliance:
• Provide legal advice on the terms and conditions of various company documents and communications.
• Ensure corporate compliance with industry regulations and business laws.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations if required.
• Qualifications & Experience:
• 3–5 years in corporate law, contract management, and dispute resolution.
• Industry Preference: Experience in an IT company or related industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract law, dispute resolution, employment law, and corporate compliance.
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple legal cases and provide proactive legal solutions.
Education:
LLB/LLM from a recognized university
