About the Role
• This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious lawyer to join our corporate growth team.
• You will work closely with our senior lawyers to advise on business development strategies and assist in the preparation of contracts and other legal documents.
• Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities for growth and help drive the company's expansion through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Requirements
• A strong academic background in law, preferably with a specialization in corporate law or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Proven experience in business development, contract negotiation, and drafting.
