We are a top law firm specializing in Private Client practice, Inheritance & SEBI matters and retrieval of unclaimed investments. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working and dedicated candidate for a long term association to cater to our diverse client base spread across the world.
Job duties:-
1. Providing legal assistance for the recovery of the client's unclaimed financial investments in shares/debentures/UTI/FDs/bank accounts/dividends.
2. Drafting of legal documents as required under SEBI/ IEPF Rules / Companies Act / Indian Succession Act.
3. Drafting of letters, notices and emails to client's/companies/authorities and completing all compliances for inheritance/loss of shares/IEPF claims.
4. Coordinating with clients spread across India and across the globe for the execution of documents for necessary compliances.
5. Should be well-versed with MS-Office for fast documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
