Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate NPS Relationship Manager at Axis Bank, located in Kolkata. The Corporate NPS Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with corporate clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and achieving targets. Daily tasks include handling client queries, providing timely updates on NPS-related products, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering exceptional service to corporate clients.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Client Handling
• Business Development and Sales Acumen
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Understanding of NPS (National Pension System) and related financial products
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple corporate accounts
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
