We are seeking a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist with excellent communication and people management skills for a 12-month contract. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in Office Administration and support within the accounting industry.
In this pivotal role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring the reception and lobby areas are immaculate and welcoming.
Preparing and coordinating catering services for clients and staff (full training provided).
Organising and attending monthly firm events.
Setting up and preparing conference rooms for meetings.
Supporting the setup of video and conference calls.
Assisting with various ad hoc duties and projects as needed.
Managing general administrative tasks.

To Excel In This Role, You Should Have
2+ years of experience as a corporate receptionist or in a similar role, ideally within a professional services firm.

A professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
