About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support for the Executive Assistant and Queensland State Operations Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Being the primary point of contact for managing activities and communications for the Executive Assistant and Queensland State Operations Manager.
Performing reception duties such as welcoming clients, answering incoming phone calls, emails, setting up meeting rooms for meetings and other general duties as required.
Performing a wide range of administrative tasks, including organizing travel, managing correspondence, and coordinating events.
Scheduling and confirming appointments, office visitation plans, conference calls and calls to business owners.
Assisting in the development and implementation of state, national, and international projects.
Contributing actively to the Brisbane-based team and the wider Harcourts family.
Maintaining professional and accurate communication, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.


Skills and Experiences:

About You

Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in both communication and organizational skills. You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality while managing a variety of tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

At least 2 years prior experience in administrative support roles, with a focus on organization and time management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive, can-do attitude that aligns with Harcourts’ values.
