We are partnering with one of Australia’s leading independent law firms who’s culture is driven by innovative thinkers. This top tier firm is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join them on a full-time basis.
THE ROLE
Responsibilities
As a key member of this collaborative team, you will be the face of the firm at Reception, playing a critical role in delivering both internal and external client services. Experience in guest relations or a similar position will greatly contribute to your success in this role. Responsibilities will include:
Administering bookings for internal services including rooms, catering, and facilities equipment;
Greeting visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and well cared for;
Switchboard management, answering internal and external phone calls and directing them to the most appropriate person; and
Taking ownership of the presentation of the reception area.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in a corporate reception position or in a similar front-of-house role;
Experience in administering bookings for internal services - EMS system experience is preferable, or experience using a similar system; and
Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
