Description

Corporate front of house role with a CBD Based ASX listed property company.

Our client is an ASX listed investment manager with a large national portfolio of assets under management and a significant presence in Western Australia. With a team like no other in Perth, they are an employer of choice and have a wonderful culture.

An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Receptionist to join their team as the first point of contact and impression for all visitors to the office. You will meet the staff as they arrive for work each day, as well as a vast array of stakeholders including representatives from various consultants, project partners as well as local and state government authorities.

Given the amount of interaction, it is essential that you are engaging, energetic, articulate and professionally presented. You will also be reliable and punctual to ensure consistency for them at front of house and success long term.

You will ideally have previously been in a similar role that has seen you gain experience with multi line phone systems and have had exposure to various databases and systems.

The office is based in the Perth CBD, so it is an easy commute, and they encourage the use of public transport.

If you fit the above criteria, please apply to this advert. Alternatively, you can email your CV direct to [email protected] or call Hannah Byrne on 0414 144 366
