Job Description:
We are looking for a HR Recruiter to be responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring plan from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires.
HR Recruiter responsibilities include creating and publishing job ads, interviewing candidates and seeking out new candidate sources. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with full-cycle recruitment and great communication skills.
A successful HR Recruiter will be flexible and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and active listening skills. Ideal candidates should be able to foster lasting, professional relationships, and have a working knowledge of talent acquisition software. Ultimately, you will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain people who contribute to our company’s growth and also maintain the relations with the hiring professionals to get enrolled into our business channel.
Responsibilities:
• Locate qualified, potential applicants using databases or online job posting portals.
• Communicate with potential applicants by phone, email, or in person.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates for various positions within an organisation.
• Create job announcements that list requirements for each job, such as desired work experience, education, and job skills.
• Apply principles of behavioural interviewing to access the qualifications of candidates.
• Investigate referrals, references, and social media sources to formulate a well-rounded view of applicants.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with colleges and organisations to participate in job fairs or networking events.
• Prepare attracting hiring packages and communicate with selected applicants to offer employment.
• Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on LinkedIn and social media)
• Organise hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates.
• Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill.
Requirements:
• Significant recruiting experience for a high-volume organisation, agency, or executive search firm strongly preferred or as an In-house Recruiter.
• Willingness to use cold or warm calling methods to recruit or research potential applicants.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, social media applications, with full cycle recruitment as well as recruitment software.
• Excellent analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data for strategic recruiting campaigns.
• An impeccable public image, including on social media.
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise in a demanding, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews)
• Understanding of HR practices and labour legislation.
• Exceptional communication skills.
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• At least two years of managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred.
