Job Description:
Samvedna Development Society is seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to lead and manage our CSR department in the corporate industry. As the CSR Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing CSR programs that align with the organization's vision and objectives, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will play a pivotal role in fostering corporate partnerships driving positive change, and contributing to the betterment of society.
Responsibilities:
• CSR Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with the organization's mission and values, identifying key focus areas for impactful community development.
• Corporate Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, engaging them in CSR initiatives, and promoting collaboration to maximize social impact.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of CSR projects, ensuring their effective execution and adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, and local communities, to foster meaningful partnerships and enhance the reach of CSR initiatives.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all CSR-related regulations and reporting requirements, preparing periodic reports to assess the effectiveness of CSR programs and their outcomes.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement programs to encourage and support employee involvement in CSR activities, fostering a culture of social responsibility within the organization.
• Impact Assessment: Conduct regular impact assessments to measure the social, economic, and environmental outcomes of CSR initiatives, providing insights for continual improvement.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage the CSR budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation to achieve the desired social outcomes.
• Communication and Advocacy: Act as a spokesperson for the organization's CSR efforts, effectively communicating the impact of CSR initiatives to stakeholders and promoting awareness of social issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing CSR initiatives within the corporate sector.
• In-depth knowledge of CSR practices, regulations, and trends in India.
• Proven track record of successful CSR project planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills to build and maintain partnerships.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve CSR goals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
