Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Corporate Strategy Specialist to join our team at Hireduo Resources Private Limited. As a Corporate Strategy Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Managing Director in strategic decision-making, investment analysis, and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• A. Strategic Research & Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth research on competitors, market trends, and potential acquisition targets, providing actionable insights.
• Analyze industry reports, engage with consultants, and finalize the scope of external stakeholders.
• Perform competitive analysis and evaluate strategic business scenarios.
• B. Financial Analysis & Investment Evaluation:
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess business opportunities and investments.
• Evaluate investment proposals and assist in due diligence processes.
• Prepare MIS reports for family office investments and track financial performance.
• Assist in tax planning and structuring in collaboration with tax consultants.
