The Trainer is responsible for doing training programs for MS Office, Power BI, and Learning new subjects and conducting training for that, and designing courses and material for that client.
Job Title: Corporate Trainer
Experience: 2-3 years
Location: Andheri (E), Marol
Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
Responsibilities:
• Conducting Training programs for corporate anywhere in the world
• Designing Course contents and course material and Test Papers.
• Learning new subjects and executing the training programs for that.
• Attending Client Meetings / Mock / Con-call for clients.
• Conducting Internal Training
• Knowledge sharing for the team
• Conducting Free Webinars/ Seminars for client
• Support for client [Internal/ External]
• Attending Internal/ Cross Team meeting
• Good Teamwork and a Positive Attitude is required
• And some more may be added as per experience changes.
Education & Skill:
• BSC IT/ MCA / Technical graduation will be preferred.
• Total Experience: 2-3 years or more of experience in the training, preferably a major part of which should be in the IT industry. Experience in the IT training field /academics will be an advantage.
• Good Communication
• Positive Attitude
• Good Team player.
• Counseling in attitude
