Job Summary: As a Cost Engineer specializing in HVAC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of HVAC projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor and Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with HVAC equipment suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Cost Reporting: Generate regular cost reports and updates for project stakeholders, including management, highlighting key cost trends, risks, and deviations from the budget.
• Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality or safety.
• Contract Compliance: Ensure compliance with contract requirements related to costs and financial reporting.
