Join our fun team! Our restaurant is looking for a counter server for a position at our Capitol Hill location! The restaurant is located at 412 Broadway E, Seattle, WA 98102.
At Due’ Cucina Italiana we love food that is real, fresh and authentic. We serve homemade pasta bowls and other dishes inspired by the best of the Italian tradition. In this role, you will:
Demonstrate and uphold our company core values at all times.
Learn and master the art of making fresh pasta.
Familiarize yourself with our menu and guide customers through their Due' experience.
Communicate effectively with delivery drivers (UberEats, DoorDash, etc) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate menu inventory across all delivery platforms.
Ensure compliance with Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining area.
Collaborate with BOH team members or managers to address customer concerns or dissatisfaction with any dish.
Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab, especially after pasta preparation is completed.
Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome.
Other duties as necessary or assigned.
Experience: Previous customer service experience in restaurants is highly appreciated, but if you don't have it, no problem! We will train you :)
