La Mono is looking for a reliable and fast paced Counter Staff member to join our team at our restaurant in Casula.
This role is responsible for preparing and plating orders as they come through the POS system, ensuring food is presented neatly and accurately before being handed to the wait staff to deliver to customers.
You will be working closely with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
This role is best suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy, fast paced restaurant environment and can stay organised during peak service times.
Australian work rights are essential for this position.
Applicants must be available to work day shifts, evening shifts and weekends.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and plating customer orders as they come through the POS system
Ensuring food is presented neatly and accurately before leaving the counter
Working closely with the kitchen and floor staff to maintain fast service
Checking orders carefully before they are handed over for service
Keeping the counter area clean, organised and stocked
Assisting with basic food preparation when required
Working efficiently during busy service periods
