Job Description
Equifax is seeking a senior HR leader for its India operations to build the human resource plan in alignment with the corporate Equifax human capital strategy and India business strategy.
The successful candidate will work closely with the India Country Leader and Emerging Markets’ Senior HR Leader to define the human resource strategies and ensure alignment and support of Equifax India’s business objectives
Additionally, this individual will serve as an HR business partner with the ability to drive the business results through stewardship of key HR programs and strong collaboration across a matrix organization
This individual will leverage HR employees and resources to ensure human resource strategies are visible to senior leaders within the business unit
The successful candidate will be an advocate for appropriate human resource leading practices within the organization and will serve as the senior HR advisor and counselor to the India Country Leader.
