Job Description
The position will manage the India HR team and will partner closely with the global HR centers of excellence on programs and processes.

Experience : The successful candidate will have 10-15+ years of broad HR experience managing a variety of HR functional areas, ideally within a Healthcare BPO or BPO environment.
Experience in M&A transactions is a critical element and skillset for this role.
Location : Mumbai or Ahmedabad
Compensation : Commensurate with experience and including base salary, target bonus, and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a trusted and strategic advisor to the India Operations teams, providing practical HR advice on a wide range of matters that will drive revenue, improve retention, cultivate inclusion and diversity, increase employee satisfaction, and build a high performance and engaging environment.
• Contribute to the HR strategy globally while carrying out strategy execution throughout India.
• Partner with business leadership to drive results by creating new programs to accelerate the attraction, development, and retention of talent.
• Develop a recruitment strategy complete from sourcing, evaluation and selection that leads to on-time, quality hires every time.
Develop recruitment partnerships and referral programs that drive a larger funnel of potential candidates.
• Develop a comprehensive learning & development strategy to include learning programs at each level, with appropriate programming and desired outcomes by level.
• Build effective processes and procedures for managing day to day HR operations with the HR Center of Excellence while driving change and building efficiencies within the HR department.
• Manage a team of HR professionals including recruiters and HR managers, and provide leadership, direction, coaching and development to his / her team
• Build and develop the India HR team in a way that adequately supports the organization as it grows both organically and inorganically
• Build a repeatable playbook for people integration from both stock and asset purchase transactions that have an India presence
• Play a key role in rollout of global HR programs, systems or processes from design, implementation, change management and adoption.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR Management or related field.
• 10-15+ years human resource business partner experience or a blend of HR experience, including recruiting and learning & development
• Advanced knowledge of HR policies and practices
• Preferred experience supporting a BPO / services healthcare business
• Outstanding leadership and management skills with proven ability to advise a fast-paced growing company
• Experience working within a portfolio company for a private equity owner is a strong plus
