What We Offer: Self Employed Courier Driver
- Unbeatable Earning Potential: Up to £1108 for SWB van routes / £1224 for LWB van routes per week! Weekly pay.

Candidate should be:
- A Road Maverick: Hold a full driver license for at least 1 year, with a maximum of 6 points.
- Tech-Savvy Trailblazer: Equipped with a smartphone and a passion for leveraging technology for efficient delivery.
- Champion of Safety: Committed to upholding all safety regulations and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Deliveries: Capable of handling packages (up to 23 kgs) and comfortable with stair navigation.
- Diversity Advocate: An inclusive spirit, embracing our diverse work environment with open arms.
AM load times - start time is dependant on your routes load time. All routes are planned for you and over a + hour period.
Once you complete your route - no need to travel back to depot. Log off and travel home.
Paid training and induction. Development routes in place for drivers who require them.

Drivers can use their own vans if they meet criteria. If you don't have access to your van, we can provide a van hire scheme.
Van hire Scheme Criteria
- Full UK/EU Drivers License
- Drivers aged 20 years old requirement is a license for a minimum of 2 years.
- Drivers aged 21 years and above ( Full UK drivers license) requirement is a full license for a minimum of 1 year.
- Drivers aged 21 years and above ( Full EU drivers license) requirement is a full license for a minimum of 2 years.
- No more than 6 points.
- Drivers license check must not contain any of the following driving conviction codes - TT,MS,UT,DD,DR,DG,IN.
Van hire Scheme Details
- Standard wheel base / Long wheel base vans available.
- Van hire paid weekly.
- Van hire includes Hire & Reward Insurance, drivers have access to their van for personal use.
-Use of van to drive to and from depot.
- Deposit. Idel will support with the deposit payment and then small deductions on a weekly basis. Deposit returned on off hire of the van, with no damages.
