,Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to a medically fragile child. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create a positive atmosphere for the patient and their families while performing exceptional caregiving duties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. This is a 35- hr- per -week position. Please, only serious people apply.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices
Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration and any other needs in the child's circle.
Experience
Prior experience working with medical friagile childrens
Experience providing care for children with complex needs .
Background working with diverse populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, or individuals with disabilities, including developmental disabilities
