Job Description

We are looking for a passionate brand marketeer to drive brand building & organic reach. The ideal candidate will design garments that resonate with our customers, drawing inspiration from market trends, cultural influences, and customer feedback.

The responsibilities include:

Generate innovative design concepts that meet our customers' expectations.
">
Create detailed technical packs to bring design concepts to life, iterating and refining based on customer feedback.
">
Research and analyse the market to monitor current fashion trends, collections, customer preferences and competitors to strengthen brand image and maintain competitive positioning against key brand-consumer targets.
">
Maintain and build design team workflows that ensure all designs in the portfolio align with style guides, DSLR's design language and DSLR quality standards.
">
Perform daily organizational and maintenance tasks like Styling the range, Embroidery development and getting the sample made as directed.
">
Maintain and track departmental fashion calendar for the seasons.
">
">
Requirements
">
The ideal candidate will have:
">
">
A Bachelor's degree in Fashion design from NIFT/NID/PEARL.
">
3+ years of fashion designer experience in Women's ethnic wear.
">
Openness to work from the Jaipur office.
">
Knowledge of Fabrics.
">
Demonstrated experience in high-level aesthetics and creative ability.
">
Ability to create technical packages of garments.
">
Ability to use softwares for designing such as illustrator, corel draw, photoshop.
">
Problem solving approach.
">
Hunger for learning and growth, and therefore, wants to join an early-stage startup.
