Heards Creek Productions, on behalf of Delta’s in-house creative agency Window Seat Brand Creative, is seeking a Creative Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the Creative team and our key Marketing & Comms partners, ensuring seamless engagement, exceptional service delivery, and creative excellence that rivals top external agencies.
This role serves as the key relationship manager for critical partners across the organization, embedding deeply in their goals, anticipating issues before they happen, and guiding partners of varied skillsets through the creative process with clarity, confidence, and strategic insight.
The Creative Account Manager ensures that partners have the skillset to deliver actionable creative direction, manages expectation-setting, facilitates conflict resolution, and provides visibility into short-, medium-, and long-term plans to support effective capacity forecasting.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven problem solver with strong communication skills, fluency in navigating complex stakeholder environments, and a passion for delivering a premium partner experience. This role reports to the Manager, Creative Operations, working closely with Window Seat Brand Creative, Creative Resource Management, Integrated Campaign Management, and cross-functional leaders across Delta.
This is temporary contract position expected to run for 6 months with the option for extension. Posted salary range is based on an annual rate and will be prorated for the contract term (~6 months).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Serve as the primary WSBC relationship manager for assigned business partners, building deep trust and credibility.
· Collaborate with partners and internal creative teams to co-develop effective creative solutions aligned to strategic objectives.
· Manage and respond to quick-turn executive or leadership-level requests, ensuring urgency without compromising quality.
· Own quality control accountability for partner-facing deliverables and act as the escalation point when issues arise.
· Educate partners on the creative process, timelines, workflows, and best practices to enable smoother collaboration.
· Capture and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term plans to support accurate creative capacity forecasting.
· Lead effective expectation-setting, ensuring alignment on timelines, scope, level of effort, and creative approach.
· Demonstrate strong conflict fluency, navigating tension points and resolving challenges with empathy and professionalism.
· Ensure a premium partner experience that is competitive with external creative agencies through responsiveness, creative excellence, and consistent delivery.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
· 5–7 years of experience in account management, client service, project management, creative operations, or a similar role within a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
· Proven success managing complex partner relationships and overseeing multi-channel creative initiatives.
· Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence, guide, and set expectations at all levels, including with senior leaders.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
· Demonstrated ability to navigate conflict and mediate stakeholder needs with tact and clarity.
· Understanding creative development workflows, including design, production, copywriting, and integrated campaign timelines.
· Ability to work in a hybrid schedule and collaborate with diverse teams and working styles.
· Highly organized, proactive, and energized by relationship-building and creative collaboration.
WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)
· Experience in a creative or advertising agency setting.
· Background supporting executive-level partners or high-visibility programs.
· Familiarity with project management or workflow tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or Workfront.

Pay: $103,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
