Who We are looking for
The Creative Designer is responsible for conceptualising and executing design projects that align with the Altis vision including but not limited to, visual communications, conceptualisation of creative ideas, and design. This role requires a blend of artistic talent, technical skills, and strategic thinking to create compelling visuals and content across various media.
Your Day to Day - Deliverables
Create graphics, templates, and visual content for print and digital platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Work closely the marketing teams, third-party suppliers, and other designers to understand project requirements and ensure the final product meets expectations.
Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design elements.
Incorporate stakeholder feedback and make necessary design revisions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Generate innovative ideas and collaborate with the marketing team to align design concepts with project briefs.
Craft engaging content for various digital platforms.
Prepare print-ready files and ensure high-quality production of printed materials.
Offer creative solutions to design challenges and adapt to changing project requirements.
Stay updated on design trends and industry advancements to enhance skills.
Provide creative input to optimise visual storytelling and audience engagement.
Work with external vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality, on-brand visual outputs delivered on time.
Assist with marketing events and provide creative input from conceptualisation to execution.
Manage additional creative projects as needed.
What You Will Bring
Expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word) and the creation and management of templates and layouts.
Ability to convey messages effectively through visual design.
A strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to think outside the box to create unique designs.
Meticulousness in design execution and a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of branding principles and the ability to apply them to design projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
Qualifications/ Education
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
A minimum of 3 Years Experience.
Proven experience as a Creative Designer.
Experience with social media platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of post-production processes.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Open and willing to learning new skills on the job.
