As a Business Manager - Design, you will oversee designing for projects month-on-month through a team of designers. Your responsibilities include ensuring productivity & work output, imparting required trainings, leading discussions on designs and managing designing of 12 to 15 projects monthly.
• Manage designing of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure high-quality work output from a team of designers.
• Drive customer experience and relationship management.
• Ensure excellent ratings on design Net Promoter Survey.
• Provide technical training to designers and lead design discussions.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
● Master's degree in Construction Planning Management or MBA, Design Management preferred.
● 3+ years of experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.
● Proven track record of delivering minimum 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end Project Management).
