• Research emerging trends, colors & fabrics from renowned resources like WGSN/Stylumia.
• Conceptualize seasonal Indian wear collections that blend global style with market demands.
• Oversee sampling, ensure fits are accurate and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with merchandising, production, and marketing teams.
• Deliver designs from concept to launch on time, meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
• Graduate in Fashion Design (NIFT or similar).
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop skills.
• Proven track record in women's Indian wear design.
