We are seeking a creative and innovative Fashion Design Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior designers and the creative team to assist in the design and development of fashion collections.
Assist in the conceptualization and development of new fashion concepts
Conduct research on trends, fabrics, and techniques to inspire design direction
Create sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards to communicate ideas
Collaborate with senior designers to develop concepts aligned with brand aesthetics and target market
About You:
You have a passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail. You are a recent graduate or final-year student in a relevant domain who is available for a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in fittings and garment construction – providing input on fit, fabric, and construction
Help prepare design presentations and reports using Excel
Support in the creation of tech packs for production
Assist in photo shoot coordination, styling, and prep
Conduct quality checks on samples and final garments
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or currently in final year of Fashion Design or a related field
0–1 year of experience or prior training/internship in fashion design preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools
