Responsibilities:
Graphic Design and Creativity:
• Develop visually appealing designs, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to digital advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
• Implement creative concepts that align with the company's brand identity and messaging.
Online Content Management:
• Source and curate relevant data and information from online sources to support content creation, marketing campaigns, and company projects.
• Maintain and update the company's website, ensuring it reflects current offerings, promotions, and accurate information.
Social Media Management:
• Oversee and manage all social media platforms, creating engaging content and visual assets to drive brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
• Craft and schedule posts, respond to comments/messages, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Skills Enhancement and Trend Awareness:
• Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and digital marketing strategies.
• Continuously upgrade skills to adapt to evolving industry standards and incorporate fresh ideas into design and marketing initiatives.
Coordination and Third-Party Collaboration:
• Liaise with external partners and third-party vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality marketing materials.
• Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to align design concepts with overall marketing strategies.
Professional Photography:
• Apply photography skills to capture high-quality images for marketing purposes, including product photography, event coverage, and promotional content.
Brand Awareness and Growth Monitoring:
• Contribute to brand awareness initiatives by creating visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience.
• Monitor online presence and growth, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing online visibility and engagement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.).
• Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and web design principles.
• Demonstrated ability to source and interpret relevant data from online sources.
• Experience in professional photography is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing social media platforms and contributing to brand growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Year of experience – (2 – 5)
