About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer cum UI/UX Designer who is passionate about design and eager to share their knowledge as a trainer. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, and CorelDRAW. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and user-friendly interfaces while also training junior designers or students to enhance their skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Graphic Design: Create compelling visuals, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, and other marketing materials, using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
• UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications using Adobe XD and Figma.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for junior designers or students, sharing knowledge and best practices in graphic design and UI/UX design tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, development, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that align with business goals.
• Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to team members and trainees to help them grow in their design careers.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure high-quality design output and effective training.
