Seeking a detail-driven Creative Head – Interior Design to lead the creative direction and execution of interior spaces across our portfolio of luxury residences. This role demands a refined aesthetic sensibility with an innate understanding of understated elegance aligning with the brand’s identity of sophistication, class, and subtle luxury incorporating natural palettes, soft textures, coastal influences, and refined materiality.
Person should stay ahead of trends in international luxury interiors, and integrate innovative yet timeless elements into our spaces reflecting warmth, functionality, and emotional resonance.
Preferred Qualities & Skill Set:
• Deep-rooted passion for luxury interior design with a portfolio showcasing elegant, timeless work.
• Strong eye for materials, color theory, spatial flow, and furniture curation.
• Ability to balance creative vision with commercial practicality.
• A signature style that embraces restraint, warmth, and tactile sophistication with hints of coastal and earthy elements.
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and collaboration skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities – able to articulate design vision to stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a reputed institute.
• 10–15 years of experience, ideally in luxury residential or hospitality interiors, with at least 3–5 years in a creative leadership role.
• Prior work with luxury real estate developers or boutique design studios catering to HNI clientele will be a significant advantage.
