We are a fast-growing creative first performance marketing agency based in Ahmedabad. We help fast- growing eCommerce and D2C brands create scroll stopping ads that convert and also manage paid media for them.
Our clients spend INR 50L - 5 Cr+ monthly on ads and have extremely high expectations for their partners. Some of our clients include Frido, Canva India, Oziva, Mnmlst, Phool, Ambrane, Suroskie, Ajmal Perfumes and more.
Role Description:
We are looking for a Creative Copywriter who can strategize and create kickass high converting video ad scripts and static ads for our e-commerce clients.
Your mission will be to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by creating winning ad creatives at scale for our clients. This role demands a combination of creative ideation, analytical thinking, and a strong copywriting skillset. This is an excellent way to get into a rapidly growing team moving mountains in the creative agency space.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Ideation & Analysis:
• Conceptualise new ad ideas and formats to test across major social channels like Facebook and Instagram.
• Analyse past winning and non-winning ads to identify patterns and replicate success.
• Research competitors and explore novel ad formats from different industries to diversify and enhance creative strategies.
Copywriting & Script Writing:
• Strong copywriting skills are non-negotiable—this role requires a creative person who can write compelling scripts and ad copies.
• Collaborate with other team members and leverage AI tools to scale creative production without compromising quality.
• Deliver scripts and copy that resonate with the target audience and convert them into customers.
Production:
• Coordinate with stakeholders (designers, video editors, production team) to ensure the smooth execution of shoots and other creative outputs.
• Provide creative direction during shoots to bring your vision to life.
Editing & Finalization:
• Partner with video editors to produce good quality and impactful final videos.
• Review, refine, and iterate based on performance metrics.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Reduced CAC: Lower Customer Acquisition Cost through high-performing ad creatives.
• Winning Creative Ratio: Increase the percentage of ad formats that consistently outperform benchmarks.
• Speed of Execution: Efficiently take ideas from concept to final output at scale.
Requirements:
● Fluent in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
● Experience with crafting video/image ads for eCommerce brands specifically is a massive asset.
● You are intimately familiar with the tactical side of producing excellent ad creatives across a variety of mediums. This means you understand what it takes to produce excellent photos and videos for eCommerce paid and organic marketing channels (specifically Facebook & Instagram).
● A decent understanding of how to interpret digital advertising performance. You know what phrases like Thumbstop, CTR, CVR, and CPC mean.
● No issue working overtime or on the weekends if needed. You wouldn’t know what to do with your free time if you were working less. You are passionate about your work.
