WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
We’re looking for a Creative Production Executive who lives and breathes content. Someone who thrives on ideating, planning, and building meaningful narratives across touchpoints. You will play a central role in shaping the content strategy at सादा / SAADAA and translating our brand values into engaging content ideas that resonate.
If you’re the one always pitching cool ideas, organizing content calendars, and keeping your finger on the pulse of cultural and digital trends — we want to meet you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ?
Develop and own the content calendar across brand touchpoints.
Ideate campaigns, product-led stories, reels, founder-led content, and more, in sync with brand direction.
Strategize content based on goals — awareness, engagement, product education, or storytelling.
Stay on top of cultural trends, meme culture, creator content, and lifestyle references to keep content fresh.
Collaborate with writers, designers, and videographers to bring ideas to life.
Work closely with marketing and creative leads to align content with broader brand objectives.
Track content performance and learn from what works (and what doesn’t).
WHO ARE YOU
2+ years of experience in content strategy, production, or creative planning.
A strong understanding of what makes content connect with people.
Someone who enjoys both ideating AND organizing — structured creativity is your superpower.
Great communication skills and a keen visual sense.
A team player who collaborates across roles and departments.
Experience working with D2C brands or lifestyle/fashion content is a big plus.
Bonus if you’ve worked with production teams or know your way around tools like Notion, Canva, or Trello.
