Full job description
We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Creative Program Coordinatorto oversee our After-School and Summer programs. This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and self-motivated individual who thrives in both leadership and hands-on environments.
Primary Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Coordinate schedules and communication with contracted instructors Support onboarding and day-to-day contractor needs Track attendance, performance notes, and report concerns to leadership
Site planning and classroom organization
Creating curriculum and supporting program development
Managing school calendars and scheduling
Coordinating transportation and delivery of materials
Assisting in classrooms when needed
Dropping off and picking up program materials
Managing inventory, supplies, and resources
Contributing creative strategy and hands-on expertise to the team
Requirements & Qualifications:
Sewing experience is required
Highly creative with strong organizational skills
Self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong initiative
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
Reliable personal transportation (must not rely on others to get to job sites)
Highly proficient in following and creating systems
Flexible, fast learner with a positive, professional attitude
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Opportunity to grow into a Creative Lead Planner role with increased pay based on performance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Supervisory: 2 years (Preferred)
