Responsibilities:
● Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online
● Ensure that students enjoy the course!
● Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.
● Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
● Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.
● Conduct group and private lessons as required.
● Provide a fun and creative environment.
Qualifications / Experience required:
● Formal education in English and good experience in speaking.
● Strong subject knowledge
● Relevant working experience (2+ years)

Requirements:
● Good English & Hindi Communication Skills
● Must have experience in teaching children (Mandatory)
● Must have a proper functioning Laptop/Desktop
● Must have access to strong internet services
● Experience in online teaching
● Should be available for classes on Sunday.
● Engages students in learning
● Passion for making learning fun!
Bachelor's or Master's in English is PREFERRED.
Work Time:
6 PM to 1 AM with 10-11 PM as hour off
Week-off: Wednesday
Salary Structure:
No. of sessions Payout
(In a month) (In rupees)
0-25 Sessions 125 per session
26-60 Sessions 150 per session
60+ Sessions 200 per session
80+ Sessions 250 per session
INR 5500/- 1st month; INR 10500/- 2nd month; INR 16000/- 3rd month onwards.
