Job Description
Core responsibilities include:
Creating on-brand visual and written content to support the launch of limited edition artworks
Developing innovative concepts and campaign proposals for collaborations with artists and institutions
Writing pitches and briefs which articulate your ideas precisely and compellingly
Delivering assets and copy for website and social media, plus front-end page builds using CMS
Providing content and copy support to channel leads and the wider business, where required
Using insights to guide iterative optimisations to improve your own and the wider teams output
Working strategically to manage multiple projects concurrently
Collaborating with writers, photographers, videographers, editors and producers
Contributing to overarching brand content initiatives and ad hoc creative briefs

Strong and distinct creative vision
Refined visual acumen and aesthetically sensibility
Interdisciplinary creative outlook and approach
Concept development for internal and external pitches
Creative and art direction (including briefs, direction on-set and delivery)
Writing and editing
Content strategy, including for social media
Passionate about art and its position within wider culture
Digital asset creation (Adobe CS, Figma, etc.)
Building web content using a front end CMS
Able to work quickly across multiple projects without compromising quality of precision
Able to work flexibly and under pressure
