Responsibilities :
Rigorous following-up with customers for timely collection of dues and for non-payouts.
Following-up with customers for the payment advice.
Daily Payment adjustments against to the proper invoices
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation.
Preparation of Customer ledger reconciliation and derive closures.
Preparation of Customer outstanding ageing reports.
Handling Sales and customer calls related to ledger queries and resolving the same.
TDS Reconciliations.
Expertise & Knowledge You Need To Have
Candidates who are willing to call clients, visit customers at their premises and ability to build rapport with the customer.
Willingness to visit customer place for payment follow up.
Good reconciliation and analytical skills.
Experience in collection of 3 to 4 years with reputed companies.
Fair accounting knowledge.
Graduation or Post Graduation from a reputed college.
One should have good knowledge on collection and customer ledger reconciliation.
