Credit Data and Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, ingest, and quality check substantial loan tape files from various counterparties while standardizing data schemas.
• Spearhead initiatives focused on automating data ingestion, field mapping, and anomaly detection to improve overall data accuracy.
• Create and maintain dynamic borrowing base models, consistently applying specific eligibility criteria to raw data sets.
• Develop standardized tracking dashboards to minimize manual reconciliation efforts and elevate team efficiency.
• Execute detailed cash reconciliations by matching anticipated payments with actual account receipts.
• Produce comprehensive monthly surveillance reporting packages that synthesize performance trends and key metrics.
Qualifications:
• Exceptional proficiency in advanced spreadsheet applications, specifically in building complex financial models and large workbooks.
• Proven ability to process large loan tapes, implement data filters, and successfully automate reconciliation workflows.
• 2+ years of professional experience in asset based lending, structured credit, or related financial operations.
• Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data findings clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of credit facility mechanics, including borrowing base certificates and eligibility criteria.
• Familiarity with underlying asset classes such as consumer lending, credit cards, or specialty finance.
