Job Description
• To ensure the portfolio health of the Project and Structured Finance division by, monitoring clients post disbursement, continuous assessment of o/s exposure limits & undertaking steps for Risk Mitigation, whenever required, if suspected fraud cases then Red Flag Accounts, while ensuring adherence to legal & documentation norms & policies.
• To regularly review portfolio cases with H.O.D. mainly covering the financial performance of assets & compliance of covenants, gaps in security creation & perfection, and other terms & conditions in the loan agreement, to have an effective process for identifying early warning signals of distress in portfolio assets.
• Regular updates on the pending compliances, gaps in security creation, and perfection are to be duly highlighted to the senior management including the credit committee, etc. To ensure the adequacy of collateral as per sanctioned terms and regular updates of collateral valuations.
• Gathering market intelligence through regular interaction with the company's management, its bankers, rating agencies, CIBIL, other industry players, its supply chain stakeholders, and any other possible sources of information that are available
• Tracking NPA and written-off account movements on a monthly & quarterly basis. Reconcile the recovery in written-off accounts.
• Use the analysis and outputs of the Data Analytics tools to provide timely feedback to credit underwriting for improvement in the underwriting process.
• To build risk awareness about sectoral issues and regulatory policies related to various sectors where the company has lent and identified potential business opportunities
• Oversee RBI, Statutory & other audit-related issues along with Ops & Credit Team and answer queries of the auditors to their satisfaction.
• To assist the Business and Legal team on restructuring/NPA resolution of the stressed accounts in line with RBI regulations and represent the lender in various legal forums including IBC, Courts, SARFAESI, etc.
• Preparation of Board notes, review of NPA and Recovery Policy, attending RBI audits, internal audits, and quarterly/annual statutory audit

Exprience - 8 to 15 Years
Qualification - MBA (Finance)/CA/CFA or any other PG Degree in Finance
