Our founders are serial entrepreneurs and alumni of IIT Bombay and ISB with over two decades of experience across leading organizations like Oyo, Ola, Maruti Suzuki and ZS Associates before successfully scaling and exiting businesses in patent analytics, ad-tech and bank-tech software services.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for ensuring KYC checks and completing all due diligence relating to credit checks
· Provide feedback to internal teams on credit process / policies/ and sharing of best practices
· Adhere to internal policies and TAT’s for loan approval
· Identify potential fraudsters/ suspect customers and implement processes around them
· Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation where needed
· Ensure all records and documentation is maintained for all loan applications
Experience required
· Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer or similar role
· Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products and experience in digital lending.
· Basic knowledge of KYC and bureau related data
· Customer service experience
