Analyse application data to identify emerging trends and recommend improvements to credit policies and procedures.
Partner with the Credit Risk Operations Manager to review weekly and monthly application reporting, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, systems, and governance standards.

What makes you perfect for the role?

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a credit assessment or credit risk environment, preferably within Telecommunications or a similar regulated industry.
Strong capability in credit risk analysis, credit management practices, and interpreting credit risk reports to make sound, defensible decisions.
Demonstrated understanding of fraud and credit risk factors, trends, and mitigation strategies, with the ability to escalate concerns appropriately.
Proven decision‑making and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to think laterally and operate effectively under pressure.
Highly effective communicator and collaborator, with excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to work across teams and stakeholder levels.
Self‑motivated, adaptable, and ethical professional with strong personal integrity, commitment to outcomes, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/call‑centre environments.
