How you will make contributions that matter
An opportunity for an experienced Credit Supervisor to join AG Warehouse division and take ownership of credit and collections across a regional warehouse network.
This is a hands‑on role combining accounts receivable, customer relationship management and credit risk, with responsibility for leading a small team and working closely with store managers and customers in the agricultural sector.
End‑to‑end responsibility for credit and collections across ~30 regional warehouse sites
Manage customer accounts, statements, reconciliations and overdue collections
Set and manage credit limits, payment terms and risk exposure
Lead and support a small credit team (including a direct report)
Work closely with store managers to ensure credit policy compliance
Build strong customer relationships while confidently managing difficult payment conversations
Monitor debtor performance and report on overdue trends month‑on‑month
Ideally you will have
Proven experience in credit management / accounts receivable, ideally within the agricultural sector
Strong understanding of credit risk, collections, and customer payment behaviour
Experience working with farmers, regional businesses, or warehouse/store networks
Confident communicator, able to handle difficult conversations constructively
Strong stakeholder management skills across operations and finance
Leadership capability, with the ability to coach and support a small team
Experience with ERP systems and reporting (desirable)
