As a Crew Member, you’ll be the face of Pappa Flock, providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering friendly and efficient customer service.
Preparing and serving food items according to quality and safety standards.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
Assisting with inventory stocking and organizing.
Supporting team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

A positive attitude and a team-first mentality.
Previous experience in fast food or hospitality is a plus but not required.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
NSW Food Handler Certificate (required).
