We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that our food handling and sanitation standards are met. You will be responsible for assisting customers, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions.
Prepare and serve food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
Experience
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
