Duty & Responsibilities
1 - Sourcing Officers & Crew for Oil/ Chem , Crude Oil & Gas Tankers .
2- Making Pusposal of all ranks & coordination with owners .
3- Checking & Verification of all Documentations .
4 - Coordination with Master of vessel for planned crew change.
5- Coordination with travelling departments for ticketing.
6- Keeping track and record of Appraisal report for on signers & off signers for re-employment.
7- Maintaining database of various available manpower resources for future consideration.
8- Promotion list & salary increment Officer & crews.
+- Reference check for new candidates from their previous company.
10- Monthly follow up with Ex - hand candidates for rejoining.
