Experience: 15+ Years in CRGO Industry.

Job Description -
Lead the team in proper and efficient manner to ensure strong interpersonal relations.
Monitor inventory levels of Raw Material, WIP, Finished Goods and Rejected Material.
Review all work performed by production employees for completion, accuracy and quality and identify their performance requirements and company training needs.
Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure proper supply of materials & supplies.
Perform regular workplace inspections, both scheduled and unscheduled.
planning and organising production schedules
Determining quality control standards as and when required.
Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
