Job description
The Massachusetts General Hospital is looking for an experienced and motivated CRM Administrator to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and providing comprehensive support to our sales and marketing teams. To be successful, you should have a technical background and excellent organizational skills. A customer-focused attitude and knowledge of CRM software will be essential for this role. If you are a highly detail-oriented individual with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, we encourage you to apply. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a CRM or sales operations role • Highly skilled in data entry and management, with advanced knowledge of CRM software • Excellent understanding of customer service and customer relations• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders • Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL • Strong problem solving and communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field We are excited to find the right person to join our team and to help us streamline our customer relations. Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Provide comprehensive support to the sales and marketing teams.
Perform data entry and management tasks with advanced knowledge of CRM software.
Establish and maintain customer service and customer relations.
Work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and solve problems related to the CRM software.
Monitor and maintain database concepts and SQL.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Continuously update and improve CRM system.
Follow up on customer inquiries and requests.
